American Key Cards ("AKC", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through americankeycards.com, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit a quote or contact form, we receive your name, email address, and any company name, phone number, lock format, quantity, or message you provide. We use a third-party form processor (Web3Forms) to deliver these submissions to our team.

Like most websites, we also collect standard, non-identifying analytics (pages viewed, device type, referring source) through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used and improve it.

How we use it

  • To prepare and send the quote or information you requested;
  • To respond to your questions and provide customer support;
  • To improve our website, products, and content.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

We use cookies set by Google Analytics/Tag Manager for aggregate measurement. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site's core content.

Quote requests are retained only as long as needed to serve you and keep ordinary business records. We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information we hold.
