LenelS2 / Lenel OnGuard Credentials Compatible Cards & Fobs
LenelS2 OnGuard supports standard 26-bit, Lenel-proprietary 36-bit L11601 prox, HID iCLASS, and MIFARE credentials — AKC supplies compatible cards for the common prox formats used across the vast LenelS2 installed base.
LenelS2 (a Carrier company) produces one of the most widely deployed enterprise access control platforms globally, with OnGuard and NetBox software supporting a broad range of credential technologies from legacy 125 kHz prox to modern MIFARE DESFire and PIV smart cards. AKC supplies compatible credentials for the most common LenelS2 field formats — standard 26-bit H10301 and the Lenel-proprietary 36-bit L11601 prox format — programmed to the facility code required by your system.

Our compatible LenelS2 / Lenel OnGuard Credentials credentials
American Key Cards manufactures non-OEM credentials engineered to work with your existing LenelS2 (Honeywell / Carrier) readers — no hardware changes, encoded to your facility code and card-number range.
Can LenelS2 / Lenel OnGuard Credentials cards be copied?
LenelS2 / Lenel OnGuard Credentials is an open format, so a compatible card can be produced from your facility code and card number. We don't copy individual cards on request — we manufacture new, correctly-encoded credentials for systems you own or manage.
125 kHz proximity credentials (26-bit H10301 and 36-bit L11601) used on LenelS2 panels are cloneable with commercially available tools. HID iCLASS and MIFARE DESFire credentials used on LenelS2 are significantly more resistant to cloning. Most LenelS2 installations in the field still use 125 kHz prox, though many are upgrading to iCLASS SE or SEOS.

What card formats work with LenelS2 OnGuard?
LenelS2 OnGuard supports a wide range of credential formats including standard 26-bit H10301, the proprietary Lenel 36-bit L11601 prox format, HID iCLASS, MIFARE Classic, MIFARE DESFire, and PIV. AKC supplies compatible cards for the 26-bit and 36-bit prox formats most commonly encountered in the field.
What is the Lenel 36-bit L11601 format?
The 36-bit L11601 is a proprietary 125 kHz proximity format developed for Lenel systems, offering a larger facility code range (0-1023) than the standard 26-bit format. AKC programs L11601-format cards to your facility code on request.
Can LenelS2 cards be cloned?
Standard 125 kHz proximity credentials (26-bit and 36-bit L11601) used on LenelS2 panels can be cloned. HID iCLASS SE and SEOS credentials are significantly more resistant to cloning and recommended for high-security Lenel deployments.
